How to promote my room to a Main Room rank?
If:

- You own a room about interesting topics with a nice feel to it,
- There are at least 20 active members present in it at any time, and
- Your room has its own web site, then
Who is a MasterOp?
MasterOp is a general title and status given to the first (AKA primary) operator in a Main Room. This primary operator further decides OP selection for that room, etc.
This status is awarded only by an S-Op (Server Operator).
Each MasterOp is strictly responsible for the Room he has been assigned.
MasterOp Status Requests for a room that already has one are to be directed to the present MasterOp in that room. POLCHAT Administration will not consider these.
MasterOp Status in a Main Room is not for life.
As assigning of MasterOp Status is a deliberate, well thought-out decision, demotion from that Status can only happen upon a breach of POLCHAT Terms of Use.

Try to remain sensible and lay the ideas out for us. You'll save Yourself (and us) a lot of time and trouble, thusly increasing Your chances.

Who are the S-OPs?
Just to clarify: S-OPs are Server Operators - that means they have administrative privileges in YOUR rooms, too. So don't be suprised when one visits Your room.
